Booking & Studio Policies

Please review our studio policies before booking your appointment.
These guidelines help ensure a smooth experience, proper healing, and the best possible results.

BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

Deposits & Booking

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure.

Deposits may be refunded when cancellations are made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If cancellation is made within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. However, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice allows your deposit to be transferred one time to a new appointment date.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Client Responsibility

Please review the FAQ section on our website before booking your appointment to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the procedure.

If you arrive with a condition listed as a contraindication and the procedure cannot be performed, your deposit may be forfeited.

Work From Other Artists

Touch-up pricing listed on our website applies only to work performed in our studio.

If you previously had permanent makeup done by another artist and would like to adjust the color, shape, or symmetry, the service will be considered a correction rather than a standard touch-up.

Corrective work often requires additional time and expertise, and may be priced higher than a new procedure. A consultation may be required before booking.

HEALING & RESULTS

Touch-Ups

Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. A perfecting touch-up appointment is required after the initial procedure and is typically scheduled within 4–8 weeks.

This appointment allows the artist to refine the shape, reinforce the pigment, and ensure the most even healed result. Some clients may require an additional touch-up depending on individual skin characteristics and healing.

Reference photos are welcome for inspiration; however, each result is customized to your individual features, natural anatomy, and skin characteristics.

Maintenance

Permanent makeup gradually fades over time. To keep the results fresh, maintenance appointments are recommended approximately once a year.

Touch-ups must be completed within 24 months of the previous appointment. After this period, a new full procedure may be required.

Expectations & Aftercare

Permanent makeup is a collaborative process between the artist and the client. Each treatment is carefully designed based on your natural features, preferences, and professional recommendations.

Proper aftercare is an essential part of the healing process. Up to 50% of the final healed result depends on how well aftercare instructions are followed.

Due to the nature of permanent makeup procedures, all services are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed.

Our studio reserves the right to decline service or discontinue a client relationship if necessary.

Before & After Photos

Before and after photos may be taken during your appointment for documentation and portfolio purposes.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price listed on our website at the time of booking will be honoured.
